πŸ™‹ Where are you getting your trustworthy, fact-based news these days?

No wrong answers, but as a citizen of the U.S. I’m personally curious about:

β€’ News about the U.S., from an outlet that isn’t owned by a billionaire (U.S.-based or otherwise)

β€’ News about countries other than the U.S.

β€’ Industry- or beat-specific news, whatever that means to you, from indie outlets

Thanks! πŸ’œ

@ashur Philip DeFranco on YouTube does 4+ videos a week, largely focused on the US news cycle (either internal news or US relevant global). Been watching for over a decade, still worthwhile, now very well fact checked and fairly fair. Can also be watched as a podcast https://m.youtube.com/@philipdefranco

Also BBC International (much less bias and spin than UK specific website, coming from a Brit), Financial Times, and Private Eye (much more UK focused, but does cover global news, and utterly trustworthy).
