Update: The migration is complete, and Publer is back up 🥳

We're still working on restoring automatic syncing of posts and insights, but this does not require any downtime.

Please let us know if you encounter any other issues.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was never our intention to be offline for almost 12 hours, especially on International Women's Day / Sunday.

If you were heavily impacted today, please contact us at [email protected], and we will make it right.

Update: Your data is being securely transferred to a new, more reliable server.

Same AWS region: Europe (Frankfurt)

This is the last step.

Thank you for your patience.

Update: Roughly one hour left for the data transfer to finish. If all goes well, services will be restored by 3:00 PM (Central European Time)

Update: Data is now being restored to the new database, but unfortunately, it’s not a fast process.

Since this maintenance is taking longer than expected, posts that were scheduled to be published during the downtime will be marked as failed once our services are restored.

This will prevent time-sensitive posts from being published with an unacceptable delay.

Hope to have your understanding.

Update: Publer will be back up in a few minutes 🙌

FYI: Posts scheduled within the last hour before service restoration will be published right away.

The rest will be marked as failed with a generic error.

@Publer Seems to be down for me at the moment?
