Launching features and forgetting about them is not our style.

When we launch something, that’s not the end of the work.

It’s the beginning of listening.

We watch how you use it.
We read every message.
We go through your suggestions.
We rethink. We adjust.

Publer has always been (and will always be) shaped by the people who use it every day.

Thank you for helping us make it better. πŸ’š

So… we actually listen. Your feedback drives our roadmap.

The enhanced version of Publer Ideas tab is now live.

New: Switch between 2 vs 3 grid columns 🧩

This new setting applies to social media posts and square link cards.

Ideal for artists, creators, and brands who want to showcase more visuals per scroll.

🀫 Another big update awaits you in the comments πŸ‘‡πŸ»

At least you can schedule and cross-post them with Publer πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

And that's why we built https://linkie.bio!

It's your link in bio after all.

Not Linktree's, not Lnk's, not Linkin's, not Linkie's ...

We need to step up our game πŸ˜›

After 8 years of running nonstop and serving millions of users worldwide, I just shut down 2 of the 3 servers that powered Publer 😱

And this is exactly what it felt like 🫑

Emotions aside, these servers had reached their end of life. That meant we could no longer install modern libraries or deliver the latest features and security updates to our users.

Thank you to all our customers for your patience and understanding while I migrated nearly 1TB of data to the new infrastructure yesterday.

Great news: The migration is complete, and Publer is back up πŸ₯³

We're still working on restoring automatic syncing of posts and insights, but this does not require any downtime.

Please let us know if you encounter any other issues.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was never our intention to be offline for almost 12 hours, especially on International Women's Day.

If you were heavily impacted today, please contact us at [email protected], and we will make it right.

Update: Publer will be back up in a few minutes πŸ™Œ

FYI: Posts scheduled within the last hour before service restoration will be published right away.

The rest will be marked as failed with a generic error.

Update: Data is now being restored to the new database, but unfortunately, it’s not a fast process.

Since this maintenance is taking longer than expected, posts that were scheduled to be published during the downtime will be marked as failed once our services are restored.

This will prevent time-sensitive posts from being published with an unacceptable delay.

Hope to have your understanding.
