I’m not kidding when I say I live in the heart of YeeHawdist territory. You can still get trapped behind a tractor on a two lane road. Not as often, but still…. Anyway, these folks have been hornswoggled into voting against their own interests since a woman had the audacity to be a governor. You couldn’t swing a scythe without hitting a trump sign.

I'll admit that I knew it wasn't Skelator, but I couldn't bring Punisher to the front of my brain. I could see the logo, but not remember the brand, other than the fact when I see someone sporting it I assume "Oh, this is someone who would have started a pot boiling after reading A Modest Proposal."

That skull was for the Punisher, a Marvel Comics character. And that character has actually been depicted telling cops brandishing his skull symbol "why do you want to imitate me? I'm a criminal. If you want to wear someone's symbol, pick Captain America. He'd be glad to have you" in multiple formats, including in Daredevil: Born Again.
