the capital outlay is too much solely because we/they don't collectively make the government prioritize it

Like you wouldn't say the people who live next to the bridge should come up with the capital outlay for the bridge

somehow the clean energy transition is supposed to be different

@susankayequinn @brad woah there communist… where I’m from we only do that collective thing if we’re burning wood pellets imported from irreplaceable Canadian forest… or nuclear.
