Lucie / minutei really would like proper screensavers back. we can see in certain edge cases that burn-in is still a problem with TFTs (and i guess OLEDs), it's just not widely known anymore
Gourd@mntmn one of the few things I will miss once my desktop is off Xorg in a Debian release or so is XScreensaver.
look, I don't even think it has the most practical use for me on my display, I just think it's neat
Also have absolutely had a non-OLED LED monitor burn in.
