But today, I reached peak Salmin love with what I had on the fridge:
Smoked salmon, and pico de gallo made with purple onions, tomato, jalapeño, capers, lime and red vinegar.
Omar Antolín@Migueldeicaza As a fellow Mexican I wholeheardtedly agree with calling them "purple onions", but the color-blind English language calls them "red onions". It makes no sense to me.
