I ordered Fellgor Ravagers heads and horns for conversions I'm doing.

They sent me Fellgor Ravagers torsos and legs instead.

Emails sent to their email address [email protected] are undeliverable.

Their website has a help section, where you can chat to staff. Nobody has answered in the past two days.
