Simplicator@jaykuo This goes to how trying to pass a #WarPowersAct resolution was a very bad idea. The war was already unconstitutional as well as illegal under the (dubious) terms of the WPA, By proposing a resolution, it made it seem like it took a proactive act of Congress to make what Trump was already doing illegal.
@jaykuo Then when it failed to pass, it made it seem like Trump did nothing wrong.
