Heading slowly towards a weekend Oxygen Not Included session, continuing my attempt at an all-achievements run.

By now it should be clear, this is a game one can play for days and even weeks. I leave it up all the time, and switch to it for ten minutes there, a half-hour there, just taking my time and creating problems and then rushing madly to solve them.

Good, relaxing fun.

It is c350, we have 20 dups, and we have three colonies: Halcynia is the starting terra asteroid. Stinkato is the teleporter (oil) asteroid, and Lushera is the forest/radiation asteroid.

We're well in to the midgame, but not very close to the endgame just the same.

The biggest single issue I have is the same every fucking time: managing my own multi-tasking. :)

#oxygennotincluded

On Halcyinia, we're quite stable, as you'd expect by now. The primary power is coming from 4 tapped volcanoes, one major and 3 minor, down at the bottom.

These are powering 8 turbines, for 6kw continuous, 9kw if I turn tuning back on.

Food source here is surf'n'turf, and plentiful, plus we're also making berry sludge for space.

The base is only spot-cooled, via the cool salt and cool ph2o geysers. All dups have private bedrooms, and there's a nice rec room.

#oxygennotincluded

Current objectives here: 1) finalize the last magma pump before it erupts. 2) rework liquid piping, and storage, cuz it's an insane maze. 3) Add a claymator for more ceramic production. 4) Prep for the eventual arrival of enriched uranium.

Average morale here is about 43, low of 31, high of 56.

#oxygennotincluded

On Stinkato, we're starting to satisfy my obsessive need for order.

Power here is supplied by a smaller volcano, to the tune of 3kw continuous. Backup is petroleum, but I dislike using petroleum for this purpose, so see the mission below.

Food is berry sludge or occasionally surf'n'turf from home.

We have 3 dups here, but ultimately we'll only need an operator, and only when we need more oil.

There's well over 100 tons of crude in that infinistore at the bottom.

#oxygennotincluded

Missions here: 1) build liquid storage and start cleaning up the liquid mess. 2) build a proper rec room so we can skill up some more. 3) build a gas generator rig for backup power, which is what I should have used from the very beginning. 4) produce my own berry sludge.

Finally, on Lushera we have 3 dups, also eating food from Halcynia.

Power here is h2, cuz we have infinite salt water. A single continuously running hydra gives us all the o2 and h2 we need.

Lushera is the most important of the outter colonies for now, cuz it has *so* many resources. Uranium, aluminum, and *5* metal volcanos.

Ultimately, a single dup can live here, to collect enriched uranium from the beeta hives.

Missions here: 1) Fix your damned morale problem. 2) Get a pip ranch going for bbq. 3) Add an interplanetary launcher powered from the wrecked satellite. 4) get down to uranium. 5) cap and tap every metal volcano and auto-ship it back home.

It's a *lot*.

And c365, which is actually one of the achievements, "One Year, To Be Exact".

On Halycino I've had a helluva time getting my magma pumps right, so I switched to another design. It seems to be holding.

On Stinkato, we've started dealing w/liquid cleanup, but we still have a way to go.

On Lushera we have a nice high-morale base, a pip ranch, and we're just about ready to break into the uranium area.

#oxygennotincluded

c385. Phew. A long and tedious stretch, but we're starting to get some results.

True story, I left the damned thing running when I walked away from the computer, *twice*, so this is my third run of these last 20 cycles.

I am rapidly reaching the middle of the midgame, and feel good about some of the progress.

On Halcyonia, we're a few cycles away from getting our research reactor up.

This is a key requirement for an all-achievements run, not only for "Totally Rad", but also for GMO-A-Okay. It also will enable us to join a shipping network so we don't have to run as many supply rockets.

This is an *itty-bitty* research reactor build, it comes from Erisia Gaming. He works in sandbox for these series, so you have to be able to figure out your own sequence.

Stinkato, the oil planet, is coming along. We have a staggering amount of oil, way more than we'll ever use, and now the oil biome is starting to clear up from the mess we made earlier. I've also added a rocket platform, and soon a targeting beacon.

Basically, everything else on Stinkato is just cleanup and permaculture-for-one, cuz all we need is an operator to make more oil.

Note that we're not even *close* to using all of our magma power. Volcanoes rock!

#oxygennotincluded

I'm especially pleased with how Lushera, the forest asteroid, is coming along. We're now collecting enriched uranium and sending it home for the soon-to-be reactor.

The wrecked satellite is very useful for this, and is powering an interplanetary thrower faster than we can supply it.

We'll expand uranium operations here, but the next two steps are to crack at least one metal volcano to start throwing it home, and get to permaculture food.

#oxygennotincluded

One more for this thread. It's c400.

On Halcyonia, we have a working research reactor, and soon a working thrower and double materials study terminals.

This design is tight, and it works very well. I love how compact it is. One downside: it doesn't qualify for the Totally Rad, because of the throttling.

No matter, we can build another one in vacuum somewhere and run it for five cycles at full strength.

#oxygennotincluded

On Stinkato, there's little change, just continuing cleanup.

But on Lushera we're rapidly increasing our enriched uranium output.

Once the interplanetary launcher is turned on back home, we can supply Lushera with whatever food or resources it needs. RIght now, it needs plastic, and I'm sending a ship to deliver, but soon, soon.

There, we'll continue to uncover and tap metal volcanoes.
