I'm seeing this #TimeChange issue as an incremental fight.

All the evidence, and my personal sense, is that our current schedule on standard time is what feels best, and #DST is less in tune with my internal clock.

For now I'd take even a move to just stop the clock changes first, then push for one more change (ASAP) to correct to #StandardTime.

A worry though is that politicians will see discomfort with permanent DST as 'failure' and think the remedy is to go back to clock switching.

yup. After a year or two, maybe three people will adapt to waking in darkness during winter.
We in the south are too spoiled compared to those living in the far north where winter is dark. all day. They adapted, why can't we get used to an hour less of sunlight in the a.m..
