I know I start a lot of posts with "not to brag" but it's because I know someone who does this all of the time and then immediately brags about something so I need to come here and make fun of it in my own little way to maintain the peace in that relationship and restore balance in the universe.

So, whenever you see one of these, please know that it's only because I just suffered by experiencing it for real.

@Alice It reminds me of the people who go on and on about a shitty complaint with no solution only to end with "just sayin'".

you know, that's a touching openness and vulnerability there that comes off as flippant if you don't take the guy seriously.

But take him at face value and it's sweet. "I hate that this is how it is, but I just cant think of a way to make it better"
