abadideaLinguists: writing like this (superfluously mixing three languages in one fucking sentence!) does not make you seem like some sort of linguini houdini. It makes you seem utterly unable to communicate

My favourite bit along those lines is "lingua franca", a _Latin_ term for _French language_, but these days, idiomatically, means _English_...
(And probably don't get you started either about how much of a right illegitimate stepchild of a language English is...)
