@libreoffice good! question: LOffice do use green-energy for servers? Or plan to?
@iuvi A big chunk of our infrastructure is hosted by Hetzner and they have information about their energy usage here: https://www.hetzner.com/unternehmen/nachhaltigkeit/
More sustainable data center by Hetzner efficiency

Creating sustainable data centers is our mission. ✓ 100% green electricity ✓ low energy consumption servers ✓ sustainable, smart architecture

@libreoffice Is this still getting updated via @PortableApps? I haven't seen an update in a very, very long time, so just wondered. Thanks.
@libreoffice I want to give a shout out to LibreOffice Draw. I've been using it a bunch at work lately and it has some great features that make things easy. An excellent and better alternative to Adobe InDesign that I used to use.
@jupitersigh Glad you like it 😊

@libreoffice

Can you tell us the most efficient way to donate from your perspective?

Efficient in the meaning of smallest amount of charges. So a max of our donation is received by LibreOffice and not kept as fees by a bank or other institution.

I assume bank transfer is best and credit card is better than PayPal. But maybe that is only with €? And maybe it also depends on donated amount.
For Liberapay, I have no idea.

@frollum

SEPA bank transfer is absolutely the best way to donate. Receiver of the transfer does not pay any charges. There are exceptions but they are very rare.
