A few nights ago, I dreamed that there was someone with kinky mind-control powers, from whom I wanted to learn how to program a (computer-controlled?) vibrator to vibrate in an interesting pattern by combining multiple vibration-frequencies via "non-destructive interference". The interface for manipulating the vibrations resembled audio-editing software, which now that I'm awake seems to say some fascinating things about how fast the vibrator was expected to vibrate.
