AI6YR BenI spent some time deep diving "emergency/disaster preparedness in case of war" and basically the only advice I was able to find in books and online was: "don't be where there is war - GTFO".

@ai6yr my main takeaway was make sure to hoard lots of cigarettes or equivalent for trading. Oh and ammo and guns or people will take your cigarettes.

@ai6yr @chapulin Yeah that is the reality vs fiction. And even for those with resources to relocated, at this point. not clear to me where would even be a good place. In the early days of this administration I was thinking if I had resources Greenland or Iceland. kind of glad didn't have the resources.
