I was getting really annoyed the other day that Numbers was no longer opening my most recently used spreadsheet every time I launched it. Then I noticed Safari also had stoped re-opening my last session windows.

At which point I suddenly remembered that this is a system-level setting. 🤦

@dmoren I wish macOS would be better at remembering which Desktop/Screen the window was open on. Often I have to manually move the windows back to the correct space.
@schamschula @dmoren Yuuuup. I have Firefox set to only use space 1 and steam to only use space 2. Yet they still frequently open on the other

@vanitalo @dmoren This shouldn't require a third party app nor any configuration. If you restore the windows of e.g. a web browser, they should open in the same place they previously were open.
@dmoren I did not know this toggle existed.
