When you use stripe as a payment service provider, you would need to implement their API / module in your shop.
#wero is then one of several options. But this would mean, my data will still flow to stripe, will still leave EU and will still be processed be a company located in US. In this case, you will win nothing in terms of US-independent Pay process. It's the same story with PayPal, Klarna, etc... You might want to use e.g. a simple Bank transfer. But when the Shop uses a PayPal vor Klarna API/module, your data is processed by them, maybe even without notice. I think this is not legal according
