1. the software has a M$ version available at https://www.abemeda.com/

2. you can place the "archive" on a shared location via Synchting or some cloud provider, so all your machines will have an updated Catalogue

3. To speed up the indexing process, herecommends excluding image and video thumbnails, as well as file content scanning. Based on his experience it becomes almost instantaneous, even with thousands of files.
