The texture was nice and smooth. The cocktail itself was nothing special. I hear it's good for Manhattans so I'll try that next. I feel tipsy after having just this single cocktail and I'm not sure if that's the gas or I'm just worn out but that's not typical for me. I used an N²O cartridge I already had but have now ordered the N² cartridges they recommend. Will report back. #cocktails
