Excited to see #csgo back on #steam. I didn't like that #valve replaced it directly with CS2 and got rid of all the achievements I worked hard to accumulate. Also, CS2 doesn't really run well on the #steamdeck. As a result I never really got into the sequel.

The new edition doesn't seem to have achievements and the match making is gone, but it will be nice to play with bots and friends on my personal server.

CS:GO was subsumed into Counter-Strike 2 a few years ago, but now it has its own Steam page again.

@sirmikester Hopefully some kind of community implementation of vanilla mm servers and other systems comes about. I much prefer csgo over cs2, the gameplay felt a lot smoother overall.
