#CharleneTheCat jumped on the porch railing, and my heart almost stopped. The ground is 10 ft below (here) and 15 ft on the side facing the mountain. ❀️

@TheEddieShow One of our cats loves to jump up onto the railing in our second floor hallway. It's about a 20 foot drop from there down to the first floor. He hasn't fallen yet. Gives me a little heart attack every time he jumps up there.
@TheEddieShow One of mine did that on my Manhattan fire escape and she looked a little nervous when she realized how high she was. Luckily, she was a hand walker so I just put my palms up like stairs and she just stepped down.
@TheEddieShow Funny how we are forever told what we can't do, and not what we can. Cats never got that memo, they *know* they can, so they do.

@TheEddieShow lol. They are something. #Sissycat went through a phase where she was jumping from furniture to furniture and going up high and jumping across the room. Talk about living on pins and needles... She jumped from the top of the bookcase to the china cabinet and I thought I was going to die. It was at least 10 feet apart lol
@TheEddieShow @lisamelton My cat used to do that 10 stories up in my condo. Do not spook the cat. Let them do whatever.
