@ossobuffo I don't understand what you mean. Congress approved the Afghanistan war and Iraq War along with the Gulf War and Vietnam.
@ajyoung Only Congress has the authority to declare war, per the Constitution. That is a much higher bar than simply rubber-stamping an executive order.
