In any case, there are new tools being developed such as Le chat by Mistral in Europe (the basic version is free of charge - https://chat.mistral.ai/chat) or NanoGpt (limited free model https://nano-gpt.com/models/image).

I didn't subscribe for choice, but I'll try LeChat, whose privacy policy follows the EU one
