✴️ PRAIRIELAND UPDATES ✴️
~ MARCH 3 ~

In the morning, Judge Pittman approved the prosecution's motion to bar the defense teams from using self-defense and defense of others as an argument, removing a crucial part of the jury's job in this case. This further proves what we already knew, that this trial isn't about the truth but is merely a tool to try and stop dissent.

The rest of the day however proved to be favorable for the defendants as state witnesses continued to provide little evidence for their claims. Prosecutors claimed that boxes within Mari's house proved that evidence was tampered with. This was quickly followed by the defense showing that in fact these boxes were used as chew things and tunnels for the pet rabbits that stayed in the home.
The state claimed that boxes transported by Des were filled with insurrectionary material, and even said they thought it could have contained explosives...to which they then admitted that no explosive precautions were taken when raiding the house to gather the box, which contained Des's belongings from 2021 and prior and nothing of Mari's.

There also included a parade of "anarchist literature" and guns, seemingly to try and make the jury overwhelmed into believing their story. When cross examined they were forced to admit that none of the material or guns shown were illegal to own and keep at one's residence.

This week we can expect to hear testimony from cooperating witnesses which could start as early as tomorrow and we continue to wait for the states "Antifa expert" Kyle Shideler to take the stand.
