@stroughtonsmith this is a case where the third option of "on the gripping hand" from the Niven-Pournelle sci-fi book A Mote in God's Eye about humans meeting an alien species who has two fine motor control hands on one side of their body and one strong hand (the gripping hand) and arm on the other side. Thus: on one hand, the price of the Neo is in impulse buy territory, on the other hand the specs are so bad you wouldn't want to buy it, but on the gripping hand as a dev you have to buy it to test your apps on such a machine. Maybe the benchmarks will be similar to the M1 Air and you can buy one of those for even cheaper for testing purposes...
