A new day. A new chance to succeed.

I have a daily routine checklist. It seems silly sometimes. It includes things like my morning exercises and having breakfast. Reminders to have a positive thought in the morning and to write a haiku.

You'd think it would be habit after all this time.

And yet.

Sometimes I go to check off a task, only to find that I'd forgotten to do it yesterday. Lost it in the whirl of a morning barely remembered.

I hope you complete all your tasks #today

@nlowell I find I have to build routines to do the things I want to do regularly. They don't turn into habits, my adhd makes it nigh impossible. I also have to identify obstacles that get in the way and find workarounds to those obstacles.

For example, I have a walking pad that I want to start using daily, but I'm not. I have to figure out what obstacle is in my way because it is RIGHT THERE staring at me.

@ramblindragon

I hear that so loud.

You can do eet! :D
