Agi: Morde un vigile urbano nel Nisseno, arrestato un automobilista

AGI - Ha aggredito a morsi un vigile urbano di Riesi. Con questa accusa i carabinieri hanno arrestato un 35enne per resistenza e violenza a pubblico ufficiale e lesioni personali aggravate.
L'episodio si è verificato nei pressi degli uffici della Polizia municipale, dove un ispettore superiore era impegnato in un servizio di controllo del territorio. Secondo quanto ricostruito, l'uomo - sopraggiunto a bordo della propria auto - avrebbe assunto un atteggiamento intimidatorio e offensivo nei confronti dell'agente. Invitato a chiarire la propria posizione negli uffici della Polizia municipale vicina, l'indagato avrebbe improvvisamente aggredito fisicamente il pubblico ufficiale, colpendolo ripetutamente al volto e alla mano e mordendolo a un dito. Il gesto appare verosimilmente riconducibile a un precedente risentimento dell'uomo nei confronti dei vigili urbani.
L'intervento e le conseguenze per l'agente
L'intervento di altri operatori presenti e dei carabinieri ha permesso di immobilizzare l'uomo, evitando ulteriori conseguenze. L'agente aggredito ha riportato lesioni giudicate guaribili in 30 giorni.
Il possesso di un coltello e le misure cautelari
L'indagato è stato inoltre trovato in possesso di un coltello a serramanico, successivamente sequestrato. Il 35enne è stato arrestato e, su disposizione del pm di Caltanissetta, posto ai domiciliari. Il gip ha convalidato l'arresto e disposto la misura dell'obbligo di dimora nel Comune di residenza, con permanenza domiciliare nelle ore notturne.

The intervention and consequences for the officer

The intervention of other operators present and the Carabinieri allowed the man to be immobilized, avoiding further consequences. The attacked officer sustained injuries deemed curable in 30 days.

Possession of a knife and precautionary measures

The suspect was also found in possession of a hunting knife, subsequently seized. The 35-year-old was arrested and placed under house arrest upon the order of the public prosecutor's office in Caltanissetta. The judge for preliminary hearings ratified the arrest and ordered the measure of obligation to reside in the municipality of residence, with residence during nighttime hours.
