SzescstopniThe street lamps installed recently in nearby villages throw light everywhere, not just on the road. And they're visible from kilometres away. Probably the cheapest seller was chosen to install them and they got rid of their worst junk.

These installers just continued that trend.
It's actually a problem to find cheap floodlights that could be mounted downwards, but would direct light a bit away from the wall
