So annoying there is no more 32GB memory point on the Pro macbooks, seemed like a sweet spot.

Oh well, we'll have to buy what they sell I guess. My M1 is 3 years old so its time.

@ripienaar I’m going back and forth between an M5 Ultra Studio + M5 Air or just a beefy MBP. Pricing would be almost the same I reckon!

@oberstal yeah also wondering if an air would do for me - seems a couple 100 less than a mbp of you bump ram and storage

@ripienaar I carried the 16” M1 for years until work switched us to the 14”… screen a bit too small when working disconnected from monitor but much nicer to carry, more bag options
