@Nazani UGH, I hope not. From what The Guardian reports, I'm assuming for now that the bomb was meant for the IRGC complex near the school. But it will probably be a long time before we find out the truth, if we ever get to find out.

Those poor babies and their families, their community. It just shreds the heart.
