Making a hearty soup. Barley mushroom as base, with lots of peppers, garlic, lentils, onions, ex virgin olive oil and Soy curls. All the spices! Nice and filling for a very mild Texas winter. #veganfood
Well didnt make it to the store so, did the vegan thing and added nooch (Nacho spice) and red chili peppers. Now it's kickin 💥
