@ari @julia @aperture yeah its mostly ring modulation but the modulation frequency depends on loudness, and the ring modulator itself is phase modulated by the average amplitude over the last 3ish milliseconds, which adds a bit of fm synth flavor. the first file is how it sounds like with just the ring modulation, and the second file is how it sounds like with just the weird phase modulation thing
