Looking for #selfhosted recommendations for a replacement for a Ring Pro doorbell camera please

Must haves:
1. Use existing doorbell 16v power supply *not* a battery
2. store data on a local network device (either a smb/NFS file share or streamed to some open source software (preferably containerised)
3. Android app for viewing notifications and video
4. Wifi

Nice to haves:
1. Remote answer & live view (preferably leveraging only local network)
2. Configurable retention policy for recordings
