Making a hearty soup. Barley mushroom as base, with lots of peppers, garlic, lentils, onions, ex virgin olive oil and Soy curls. All the spices! Nice and filling for a very mild Texas winter. #veganfood
Added chickpeas for more texture. Need some more unami. Going to my local asian market for mushroom seasoning.
