I spent a few hours on the plot. Planted a good storing, good yielding apple. Grafted a russet apple. Really old wood, very difficult to cut a tongue. Or is it a whip? In any case, the pointy bit. Supports an impressive amount of lichen though. Lifted some bricks to weigh stuff down and found a cache of acorns. #allotment #grafting #lichensubscribe
