Trying to make sense of Trump's reasons is probably a doomed undertaking. For a lot of what he does, I'm not convinced "reasons" exist, as you and I would use that word.
Regardless, he didn't take us to war last time. This time, he has. And I am not at all convinced the population of Iran will see America as its liberator.
