Rainbows don't have a location, as they are perceived differently by each viewer, but if it was possible to feel what it was like to be inside one, the feeling would be damp. One would certainly not see pretty colours.

@colossal @vantablack I was a bit disappointed that they weren't going to leave the gels on the lights in the car park after the exhibition - maybe they are too strong/bright for safety, but I reckon if you got the right light levels and colours folk would drive slower because they wanted to look at the pretty lights or were simply tripped out by them, and it would make the car park safer 😁
