If it was still February today I would have 12 migraine days for the month, which is luckily about 2-3 days less after I started regular swimming. Although this month I missed out on 2 weeks swimming due to a long flu. Basically the migraines keep being on the same level the past 2-3 years, but swimming can sometimes offset the attack a little, or just improve my mood and bring some temporary relief. #chronicmigraine #perimenopause
