Phil M0OFX@bitsavers That's wild, I'd never heard of it before. Looks like it's for Videotext which was slightly different. VTX was the basis for Prestel/Minitel/Bildschirmtex which were dial-in services.
Teletext was hidden in the TV signal (VBI region) and sent with broadcasts.
