#Book reccs please!

Beloved #Boyf has encountered the term 'Cosy Fantasy' and would like to try a few books.

For ref he says he's sick of unrelenting GrimDark, one of his favourite fantasy films is Hawk The Slayer BUT he is not above giggling at some of the more STOOPID elements of early (and let's be honest current) Warhammer 40K lore.

We already know about Legends & Lattes.

Also I don't think he cares about romance / spice but did enjoy the Wheel of Time TV series :)

@Faintdreams
The Heretical Fishing series is *delightful* (also not yet complete)
Rebecca Thorne has a series (also not yet finished) that’s a bit more Legends and Lattes, first book is Can’t Spell Treason Without Tea (the relationship is established, so you don’t get the traditional awkward romance phase)
A bit more romance genre, but very charming: A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon by Sarah Hawley (this series is complete)
Deals with the end of the world but is very silly about it: How To Defeat a Demon King in Ten Easy Steps
The Paladin series from T Kingfisher (start with Paladin’s Grace) (series not complete) is not quite “cozy” but everything turns out okay, and I really want the Temple of the White Rat to exist (there is some spice)
TJ Klune, the House in the Cerulean Sea
@TindrasGrove thankyou. Lots to dive into there. ! 👍🏾
