This morning my friendly typo spotters have been hard at work - I've been particularly typo-ridden today.

So I want to thank you all, as always for your vigilance & willingness to type up a typo post/reply... which I really appreciated.

And I want to thank Mastodon for the edit function, which makes those typo-spots actionable - the edit-post function is a blessing.

@ChrisMayLA6 But remember that doing an edit notifies all the people who have already boosted you post! eeek! I’m always hesitant to edit unless I spot the type immediately.

@ChrisMayLA6 I always hesitate to call out a typo. You never know how people will react. I spotted yours earlier.
Now I know you don't mind I'll dive in if I spot one again. I hope others will do the same for me. 😁

@ChrisMayLA6 Also very glad that we can edit posts in Mastodon. Over on Bluesky, they still don’t offer that ability at all. Since I hate typos, it forces me to delete and then retype the whole post. Because I am too much of a perfectionist to let it go! πŸ˜‚
