Same fix as before so at least I can replicate: Set to a photo, then set back to the color.

@pete mine is fine but I did disable the Liquid Glass effect in the accessibility settings. I feel like I spend my life switching off the things big tech thinks I want/need/dream of having/can’t live without etc
