I still haven’t seen Makgeolli mentioned in novels, but I found a mention of Moju which is made by boiling Makgeolli and adding ginger, jujube and cinnamon, it has almost no alcohol at all.
I never drink alcohol myself, so I don’t even know how Makgeolli tastes lol.
