InhaeDoodling some soju bottles for my Korean food journal. As far as alcohol goes, I’ve encountered beer the most, then wine, and just one mention of soju so far.
I had to add the little Jinro mascot, because it’s too cute!

While saying here often I will not let soft-sponsoring whatever make me buy into it, this is an exception. Just 3 % alcohol, the added grape or other fruit is mild and delicate.

I still haven’t seen Makgeolli mentioned in novels, but I found a mention of Moju which is made by boiling Makgeolli and adding ginger, jujube and cinnamon, it has almost no alcohol at all.
I never drink alcohol myself, so I don’t even know how Makgeolli tastes lol.

Wait this is insane! I went back to my novel after answering you, and a few pages later, the characters are having makgeolli and dubu-kimchi after playing golf haha.
I’ll have to create the entry in my journal now!
