But how is Trump any different than Reagan. Trump didn’t take over the party of Reagan, this is the party of Reagan. A party that is ruled by the military industrial complex, continues to dismantle the middle class, worships at the feet of Trickledown Economics, all sitting on a foundation of racism, homophobia, and fake “Christian values”. The only difference between Reagan and Trump is Trump doesn’t hide how ugly the GOP and American Conservatism is. He wraps himself in the ugliness and the GOP base eats it up because it gives them license to be ugly too.
