If you own plushies, describe your favorite one for me or post a picture! And if they have a name, what is it?

🧸🧸🧸

Doreyplush is my favorite plushie I own. He's based on one of my mates and is soooo soft and nicely weighted. He's a blue dragon, with wine-red accents for the wings, center row of soft spines, and insides of the ears. I love snuggling him. I *highly* recommend weighted plushies, it's an experience like no other!

@Bwee I’ve had my cat plushie “Katzi” since I was a little baby. allegedly it’s from ikea, but I never found the exact model, so idk for sure. Maybe it’s from one of the other furniture stores here, XXXLutz, Möbelix or Mömax maybe.

At this point she’s so old that she doesn’t really look like a cat anymore. Most people misidentify her as a dog, since her whiskers are missing (they were plastic, I chewed them off early on, and later removed them fully because the stubbles were scrapey)

When I was around 5ish I decided that she’s agender (I didn’t have the words for that, I just said “she’s neither girl nor boy, she’s Katzi”) for some reason. Female pronouns because that’s the default for cats in german. “Katzi” is just the diminutive for cat.

She helped me through tough times, she means a lot to me, and even though I spend more time with my blåhajs nowadays she’s still and forever will be my favourite plush.

@Bwee my second favourite for a long time was a blåhaj-sized cheetah called Maxi. I felt safe when he was nearby. when I moved out, I only kept Katzi though. He stayed at my mom’s place and is still protecting my room there  I got him from my uncle at a birthday (my brain tells me it’s christmas … but that wouldn’t make sense with remembering who gave it to me  so again, idk. I might ask my mom at some point)

on one hand, he’s uncomfortable to cuddle with, but on the other hand I just don’t have that much history with my blåhajs, so as of now they’re both my second favourite, I guess. Third favourite is my smålhaj.
