Trump ripped up that deal in 2018.

Today, we're at war with Iran to prevent it from getting nuclear weapons.

@ruurd @bartt Listen, I'm not a supporter of Trump or this action, but laws do permit the president to launch actions like this, provided he consults Congress and the troops are withdrawn within 60 to 90 days should Congress not approve.

@ruurd @bartt I have no idea what that means, but Trump has the right to commit troops to military actions without congressional approval--for a limited period.

The way Trump ignores laws he doesn't like is infuriating, and I suspect we're going to a spate of new laws limiting the President's autonomy--once Trump is gone and the GOP is no longer in control.

"Voters" have statistically 0 impact on US policy according to several University studies including the famous 2016 Cambridge study.

We have near 0 impact on news, as over 90% of all media it's owned by 6 families.
(People vote for what they know, they know what the news tells them.)

Yelling at "voters" will not help us.

A root cause must be understood before a solution is possible and the root cause isn't "people", your neighbor, or your co-worker.
