@joeinwynnewood @_L1vY_ @maxberger By "they" I was referring to the Iranians, and I think they probably have.
And no, I don't think any rational person would see this war as authorized under that AUMF. The mere fact that is still active is a glaringly obvious sign that Congress has abdicated their authority.
