BREAKING: A US court has just sided with fossil fuel pipeline giant Energy Transfer and ordered Greenpeace International and Greenpeace entities in the US to pay them US$ 345 million.

Sounds a bit like the McLibel case [3], which was against a tiny handful of activists whose group was called #LondonGreenpeace [4], completely unrelated to Greenpeace International. The final result was formally a half-win half-loss for #McDonalds, but effectively a huge reputation loss for McDonalds, whose ability to crush dissent was greatly weakened.
